There could be health complications however as long as you drink water depending on how much fat/muslce your body has you could do it.

I've gone on a water fast for a week before, but I worked my way down to it. (First week only eating fruits/vegetables -> 2nd week only drinking juice (real juice, not that fake stuff.) and finally 1week of only water.)
