Was thinking about picking up one of these, there's a lightly used one I can snag for about $350-400 (gen 1 or 2). It would be nice to spin when I cant get out on the real bikes. The whole integration with google maps seems particularly cool. It essentially mimics real street conditions with elevation and hills by adjusting the tilt of the bike and resistance profiles. Reviews on this are really a mixed bag all over the place. Have any of you guys tried or have one? Is there another bike that pedals better in the above price range ,though not having the google maps thing?

worth it or not?

idk about those but these stationary ones work just fine and you get the added benefit of riding your bike. can adjust the roller tension to mimic a hill and you can put a block of wood under the front wheel to add some incline.
