sleep paralysis scary tho, happened to me like 4-5 times a week for about a month, kept seeing people in my room, would be able to make out every little detail about them except their faces, the scariest were the children, still remember vividly seeing a small girl in a night gown sitting on her knees with her nose against the wall, would see old me or just dark shapes then the last night it was a man sitting on the edge of my bed about even with my head, anyone who has ever experienced sleep paralysis knows it is very hard to move, I reached toward the man and it took a lot of effort but when i finally touched him he spun around and jumped on top of me and i just remember a lot of thrashing, has not happened since and that was last summer
