me and my girl was chilling in the car in her neighbor hood next to her house and two cops in a suv rolled up like 11pm



when i was looking for my wallet the cop shinned his light thru the car and asked us a few question ( do 1 of us live here, what we were doing)

we were talking and watching vid on phones we had been in the car for awhile for the windows was fogged up

next time a situation like this happens and the cop ask for our ids can i say no

Depends where you live, in some places you can refuse to present your ID if there's no suspicion.
