Don't feel like typing whole story.
So I went out and drove.
So angry I almost got in to car accident.
I'm here pulled off at a church parking lot, just trying to calm my self down.

Not that y'all really care to be honest, I'm just looking for a really good distraction as I try to pick my self back together so I can drive safely back to my house.

What are some of yalls go to stress relief/ body tension tamer

yeah, I use exercise too. Just something as simple as a 15 minute run helps, while listening to loud metal.

Aww hope you are alright i have felt close to that but i don't think i have blown up at anyone yet it will happen some day to somone though and it prob won't be good :P

That was her first time seeing me physically blow up.

Edit: kinda feel bad for how physical it got but don't really care.
She comes at me. I'll come back on her harder.
