I mean why would you make that kind of topic? First off I am not sure who it was under that account but either way why make a new account just to make a thread like that?
It bothers me because I had no idea that topic was even made up until earlier today. Got a phone call from one of my friends in Team MeRC, Mrs. Heidi Bauker.
I'm good friends with Team MeRC members Bertrum Bauker and Heidi Bauker, two people who I have been blessed to meet in real life.
Neither use the forum anymore but still read posts from time to time.. Heidi just so happened to see that and she alerted me about it.
Okay so here is my problem.
I know I should have just ignored this but it bothers me.. It really does..
Why should I be banned? Sure I may be annoying, I can admit that. I am not a perfect man but the thing is this.. I have not done anything to warrant me to get banned..
1. Not a multi, this is my only account that I have ever owned. And WILL ever own. God forbid I ever did get banned, I would just leave and respect common ground and accept that I am not allowed to be here. I'd still participate in my Diablo II community but the forum would be off bounds for me. Thankfully since I am not a multi, this doesn't apply to me.
2. Not a troll. Have I ever trolled? Well I guess we all joke around here or there, however I don't consider that making me a troll. I am telling you right now, I am not a troll.
3. Never scammed anyone, I know for a fact several return scammers exist on here but I should be banned right? Despite never scamming anyone in my life let alone never doing it on here.
4. I never intent on reaching anywhere near a high accumulated amount of warns to the point where people reach 100 warn percentage and are basically banned.
The most I ever had was 30 percent at one time, and I got rid of all of them and learned from my past mistakes. I am not perfect, we all make mistakes. May I be warned in the future? Will I be? Who knows? I sure hope not, I'll try not to get warned.. But sometimes my emotions get the better of me and then it leads to actions speaking louder than words. I've got 10 percent warn and am hoping to get it removed soon when I request for removal, and I assume it will be removed because I've done nothing wrong in regards to violating rules as of late.
5. Never personally flame anyone in regards to people's looks, personal life, or any inappropriate time insults and or remarks. I never post anything inappropriate, never once have uttered a profanity directly from my posts. Perhaps quoted another user who said words but never said by myself.
So for those reasons I want to say that topic is just silly, and I hope that the staff team aren't looking into that.. Just because apparently 24 votes yes and 12 voted no..
Because I can tell you right now, had I of been online when that topic was made.. I could of alerted several members from #TheLeagueOfGoodGuysNation.. And We could of made that poll reach well over fifty votes in just a few hours to say ''No'' AKA I should not be banned. (Haven't done anything wrong to warrant it)
And I guarantee you that, mark my words... Over one hundred votes of no would have sufficed in a day or so, had the topic stayed opened. It all depends when my friends from #TheLeagueOfGoodGuysNation aka my other community over at the Diablo II forums were to log on the website.

I get it, folks may find me annoying. I find myself annoying sometimes.. But why click my topics? Just don't read my posts? My topics are directed for my friends and folks who wish to get to know me. I can be a great friend, I've even made friends with folks who used to dislike me. Now we became good mutual buds.

I am proud, blessed,honored,and truly given an esteemed privilege to know all of those who support me as their friend. And the feeling is mutual and I will always be there for anyone who supports me.
So I say this, to those who votes yes and wanted me banned.. I ask you this? What did I ever do to you? Sure I may have annoyed you, however you chose to click my topics and read my posts? I don't bother any of you folks at all..
I could surely see the bullies in the Diablo forum making topics like this because I tend to eradicate them in the name of #TheLeagueOfGoodGuysNation.
However folks from General chat who aren't even affiliated with Diablo II, well not sure what I did to you. Don't know what I did to warrant any of this hate, it is just totally unnecessary. It is quite inconsequential and insignificant because again, I have never done anything personal to any of you.. Nor have I broken any rules to warrant ''a ban.''
Never attacked anyone's family, looks, or personal life.. Especially to those that voted yes and not no...
And I know for a fact folks from the Diablo Community in regards to the bullies did not have any say in the votes of yes, because they are far to busy bullying people on Diablo II..... So that just leads me to one conclusion that is is just folks from General Chat who voted... Folks who apparently hate my threads......Yet they still click them?
So forgive me for making this topic but just wanted to get that off my chest.
And I thank all of my friends, I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart! I thank all of you who stuck up for me in that topic and said nice things about me. I love you guys more than you could imagine and I could say I love you folks more than oxygen. Because life without you folks is no life at all, I humbly say that. I love you all more than life it self!

And one last thing I'd like to say, I've gotten many return multi scammers put in in their place. (Diablo II community.)
Reported one notorious multi known as Xmest Taylor and got several of his accounts disabled. So I actually do help the community because that is just one example of one less scammer to try and scam someone. He gave up and hasn't been seen in weeks.
And another thing, several folks can vouch in the Diablo II community that I've done a lot for the Diablo Community which is a branch/part of this forum.
So that is that and I know there are more folks out there who do even more for the community than I do.. It's not a contest but I just wanted to say that at least in my defense.
No reason I should be banned, end of story.
I love this website, and I can honestly say it is part of my life and I need it in my life. I would feel like killing myself without it.
