my ipod doesnt connect to my itune on win 10 ... i got this pop up saying my ipod is connected to my computer but it doesnt appear on itune

I went on another computer with win 10 and its the same thing happening so i tried with my laptop with win 8.1 and it connected instantly on itune ? wtf am i supposed to do all the songs i want are on this computer and not on my laptop

Yeah, it's basically mounting it as a drive instead of as an iPod.
