I can vouch for all of that. I live in the condo in the heart of the biggest city of the Philippines in Metro Manila. My condo is actually attached to one of the biggest malls in Asia. It's literally attached via an exclusive footbridge. I don't even have to walk on the street. It has an imax theater and everything. There's a ton of young girls here too. It's GG.
