A few people come to mind, but Terps is definitely the #1 horse racing fan on these parts of the forum for sure. He's constantly asking people about it, you'd probably make good friends with him.

He's shy and sometimes is hard to get along with at first, if he hesitates in any way just keep trying with him. It took me about 20 PM's before I finally got a good conversation with him but you're a complete stranger so it might take more. Feel free to push him though, he has a LOT of information on horses.

Yes, it happened while he was horse racing unfortunately. That's why he's so knowledgeable about it though, the accident might have broken his body but it didn't touch his mind.
