I put on 60 pounds in 6 months

How the fuck does someone even accomplish that?

I went from 295 to 355 since August.
Like what, thee fuck?

I hadnt weighed myself at all, I knew it had gone up but I thought maybe like 10-15 lbs.
Not, fucking SIXTY!

Got a buncha bloodwork and tests done today, getting a total physical exam on Monday - and then its weight loss blog time.

I will take you, GC JSP, on a weight loss journey with me over the next two years down to 230 lbs.
