I get that but considering you burn like 2k or more calories a day usually, fat storage would only come into play if you exceed your maintenance.

I know people that eat quite normal but are just fat cuz genetics.

I mean maybe they could loose the weight but it would be much harder for them than me cuz their body is much different than mine

the amount of mass in your body isn't genetic

there are only conditions that make exercise more difficult, uncomfortable, or impossible, or increase one's appetite, but neither of these things causes weight gain--only consuming more calories than you expend does

My problem is that I eat like shit
I make sure to focus on my son eating well and then take care of everything necessary around the house (dishes, laundry, general cleaning up after a five year old) then I just don't give a fuck about what I grab to eat.
It also hurts to stand to prepare food, I know I'm making excuses, so I know that that's my issue.
I don't eat much but what I do eat isn't always the best.

If you want to loose weight cuz eat meat and veggies.... And other stuff

Cut out all dem shit carbs. And let your body burn all the stored fat it has

this is true but the issue isn't overall weight, it's excess body fat that's the problem
