Like I've said a dozen times already, I'm a stay at home dad. I had a pretty great IT career and was making about 55k a year before I quit. Right now, I'm pretty happy that my son has a full-time parent in his life at all times and is being taken care of, tho, especially since I have my weekends free now.
Though since you're so obsessed, I'm definitely going to take a minute to break it down. I just started, so I've only really worked four actual shifts. My tip totals on those days were $78, $127, $53 and $60. I worked 5 hours each shift. That breaks down to $15.90 an hour, which doesn't count my base salary of $10 an hour, so just north of $25/hr to sling pie. Not half bad, thanks for the inspiration (and for making yet another one of your threads all about me.)
