Damn that sucks. My thing was a one time thing I think. I've had a few times where I'd get light headed standing up but never passed out.

But yeah I'm a merchant mariner and the coast guard handles all the licensing stuff. They're getting pretty strict with medical stuff. Last time I went to renew my medical stuff they gave me shit about an eye condition I have and had to go to like 10 different doctors to say I was fit for full duty.

got a doc appointment today which is a miracule, usually have to wait 3-4 days after calling to get a spot

if you want a clean death try to swim as far as you can before you draw, i swear to god, unusual shit often happens this way to save your hope.

My friend you got to start eating some 'good' sugars. Eat lots of fruits, drink plenty of water, maintain a decent amount of exercise but don't overdo it. I think you will be fine, it seems hard to give a shit but think about how much more life has in store for you. It's your body trying to tell you something.

my doctor told me to avoid fruits cause they fuck with your insulun levels a lot. she gave me a diet based mostly on protein. chicken, fish, eggs, red meat, beans, chickpeas, vegetables. i thought i needed more sugar but she seems to think i'm pre-diabetic based on the amount of carbs i eat, but we'll get the test back and see.

why?
