My friend you got to start eating some 'good' sugars. Eat lots of fruits, drink plenty of water, maintain a decent amount of exercise but don't overdo it. I think you will be fine, it seems hard to give a shit but think about how much more life has in store for you. It's your body trying to tell you something.

my doctor told me to avoid fruits cause they fuck with your insulun levels a lot. she gave me a diet based mostly on protein. chicken, fish, eggs, red meat, beans, chickpeas, vegetables. i thought i needed more sugar but she seems to think i'm pre-diabetic based on the amount of carbs i eat, but we'll get the test back and see.
