I'll do it for free son

I've learnt my craft from multiple prison stretchs, hell there's even a few free needles in the alley in which I'll do your tattoos in.

Getting a tattoo at 17 is probably a terrible idea. Most people don't even know what they want to do with their lives career wise yet, let alone what they want written on their body for the rest of their lives.

Also, getting a tattoo anywhere that's possibly visible in the workplace is another terrible idea. You could be judged by an employer for a job interview based on your tattoo, reducing your chances of getting a professional job like in the government. By getting a tattoo that's easily visible in public, you're increasing your chances of screwing yourself over of getting a job.

my cousin mentioned someone in her law class that had a huge tattoo of hello kitty on her neck. because this person with the tattoo is going into law, it's going to be very hard for people to take her seriously since she's got a huge tattoo of hello kitty on her neck. pretty much kills her chances of being a lawyer.
