Well, then damn that's really heavy. A healthy weight for you would be more like 200, tops.
Nothing wrong with milk. Just go for 2% instead of whole.
Are you single or married? Single: probably hard to motivate yourself to cook. I know the feel. I am not much of a cook myself. I weigh only 160 at 5'10" or 11" but it's just because I don't eat much. Doesn't necessarily mean I'm healthy.
Im very, very wide. Like, broad shoulders. And if I have to work really hard to drop the weigh, I cant really see myself going much lower than 220.
And I go for 1% actually. But I consume like 16 liters a week :S
And yeah single, so its just cooking for me.

Thats kind of an average. If somebody has excessive muscle mass theyre ont gonna fit in to the regular bmi.

Terrible idea.. fast food and junk food are essential at first.... if he changes his diet completely he will fail.. just eat less a little at a time of the bad shit.. then he will no longer crave it and he can stop it completely. High end cardio is bad for someone of his size to start out with... walking at a medium pace at a high incline would be better for his knees and body in general.
Mostly gonna go for closed chain type of cardio I think, elliptical and rowing to start, or swimming. Was in a car accident so walking/jogging hurts my hip really bad.
