How to get unfat

Eat less
Eat healthier
No fast food
No junk food
Workout
Lots of cardio
Lots of outdoor activities
Step away from the computer/phone

Terrible idea.. fast food and junk food are essential at first.... if he changes his diet completely he will fail.. just eat less a little at a time of the bad shit.. then he will no longer crave it and he can stop it completely. High end cardio is bad for someone of his size to start out with... walking at a medium pace at a high incline would be better for his knees and body in general.

wtf how do you let yourself weigh over 200 Pounds. You dont see all that fuking excess fat?

I'm 230 poundish and I'm 6'2 with a body fat percent probably around 17 right now... Which puts me above average which is 18-24%... fat is 25-29% and obese is 30%+

So idk what you are talking about.. weight has nothing to do with fat... fat has to do with fat..

Not tall enough lol my BMI is at like 50, im just under 6 feet.

Its more than just beer, during the week most of my food comes from frozen and I consume lots of milk, like lots.
This is definitely gonna need a big change.

And for good reason obviously.

Well, then damn that's really heavy. A healthy weight for you would be more like 200, tops.

Nothing wrong with milk. Just go for 2% instead of whole.

Are you single or married? Single: probably hard to motivate yourself to cook. I know the feel. I am not much of a cook myself. I weigh only 160 at 5'10" or 11" but it's just because I don't eat much. Doesn't necessarily mean I'm healthy.

You've got to cut the beer out of your diet. Down to 2-4 beers max a day, tho it will be even easier if you can make the plunge and cut it out altogether.

As for diet and exercise, I recommend portion control and walking. I live in the city so I walk everywhere within a few miles... I also just take hikes in the park a mile or so away.. walking uphill is good exercise, and not excruciating like i find running. Instead of eating only boiled celery try eating what you like but limiting yourself to 2-4 servings per meal. Grazing can also help mitigate appetite; instead of aiming for 3 square meals a day aim for 5. Your blood sugar levels will remain at a more constant level which helps reduce hungry feelings and helps you portion correctly when you do eat.

The first thing to do is cut the beer.

VA and Military doctors say otherwise when I went to my outprocessing physical and VA disability physical... I have a fat face.. always have

BMI =/= body fat percentage.. it's more scientific than that bs

Im very, very wide. Like, broad shoulders. And if I have to work really hard to drop the weigh, I cant really see myself going much lower than 220.
And I go for 1% actually. But I consume like 16 liters a week :S

And yeah single, so its just cooking for me.

Thats kind of an average. If somebody has excessive muscle mass theyre ont gonna fit in to the regular bmi.

Mostly gonna go for closed chain type of cardio I think, elliptical and rowing to start, or swimming. Was in a car accident so walking/jogging hurts my hip really bad.
