To be comfortable with yourself you don't need to constantly claim or state you're overweight.
It makes me want to tell you to stop every time I see you call yourself overweight, haha.
I'm not saying you're not allowed to say it, it's your decision of course.
If you think calling yourself "fat" shows you're confident and it shows it doesn't bother you, I'd have to disagree. It shows it's a defense mechanism you've created for your own insecurities (or flaws, whatever you want to call it).
You're beautiful, whether anyone sees it or not.
I hope you get your drawing from your idol, and I hope the tattoo artist you pick does an excellent job.
