It's both. Why don't you calm down and actually read my posts. I wasn't flaming you, I was just being pedantic for the sake of some +1s. Both females and males have cartilage around their larynx, and it can be pronounced in either sex, but usually depends on hormone levels in puberty. My point if you had read my posts instead of playing the victim is that you do have one like every other human being and that it's not important to your chosen gender.
As your surgeon will have told you, you do have one it just doesn't require shaving the cartilage off.
