Pics were taken this morning with no pump.
I always do DB bench. I suggest DB bench to everyone that asks me for advice because you feel a much greater contraction and stretch.

Flys are an OK exercise but they contribute very little mass to the pecs. Bench is the mass builder.

Yeah, they work more outer pec. You seem to have the mass that's why I suggested. Sorry : /

I wasn't saying you were incorrect! I just meant as far as building mass flys don't help much. They are great for shaping the muscle though, I agree.
