I always do DB bench. I suggest DB bench to everyone that asks me for advice because you feel a much greater contraction and stretch.
Flys are an OK exercise but they don't contribute very little mass to the pecs. Bench is the mass builder.Yeah, they work more outer pec. You seem to have the mass that's why I suggested. Sorry : /
