Dont see the appeal to put hours per week, i think im pretty muscular and muscular enough without doing anything and if id build muscles it would be by doing smtn else than being in gym
Skinny looks better than too muscular imo
Obviously steroidbinge would be exercise in ego and narcisism
I have to agree, I try to strength train 2-3 times per week and never do I stay in there for 2 hours unless maybe with cooldown and swimming and shower included..
but I play basketball almost everyday and often for 2 hours! I love basketball, the exercise comes easily without even thinking about it. and the only reason I strength train is to be a better athlete.

but some people just want to be huge, to each their own! glhf
