Much like contracts signed 'under duress', some people can be less responsible if they temporarily have less control over their actions.

In this case, the guy was clearly 'under duress' due to the incredible power her hot, available body had over his natural, healthy biological urge to procreate.

If you are walking down the street and you find a $20 bill on the sidewalk and take it, to what extent does that make you a "thief"? That's the same extent that this kid is a "rapist" (only a little bit).
