They must do things differently in the states :huh:
If my mates heard some one say something like that while we were on the piss and it didn't immediately escalate to violence i would get skirt and tampon jokes for weeks :mellow:

It's not everywhere in the States - lots of places on the east coast where dudes will still stand up, at least. Alas, I'm here in California where everyone's a wilting violet. Just had some dude get out of the car on me because he didn't like how I was driving in his neighborhood, and he immediately jumped right back in when I got out to join him. :( It's a crying shame, frankly.
