You sound like my roommate, he has fucking crystals that he charges in the sun for energy and is a total anti-vaxxer as well as a strict adherence to pseudo-science while decrying any legitimate scientific journal as false, paid for by the establishment, etc. etc.

He believes this exact kind of shit and tries to talk to me about it regularly. No matter how many facts he's presented with he will excuse them all as rubbish and continue on with his misbeliefs. Throwing around words like ignorant and asshole because others won't waste their time letting him "educate" them on what's important.
