I rarely eat "fast food", but in my opinion, a greasy hamburger made at home is typically just as bad as a McDonald's one, right? What's the difference? Old grease or whatever is used vs newer?
I normally stick to a noodle or rice base food, it's not entirely by preference although they're both my favorites, but it's cheap to purchase where I'm from in bulk.
When I hear of people rant about how bad fast food is, I just imagine that they're probably still frying majority of things they eat at home, and in my mind I think that's technically almost the same.
Wrong, home made lean meat hamburger on the BBQ >
Less fat, less sodium, less whatever, overall healthier and atleast I know I'm the one who prepared it so no surprise or unclean kitchen.
