i type at a decent speed. but i dont use home row etc. just random fingers? Lol

I don't use home row/10 finger typing either. As I said earlier in the thread, I don't use my left pinky at all and only use left ring finger for caps lock key(I don't use shift for capital letters). I only use my right pinky for enter and backspace and right ring finger for shift key. I think it makes my speed even more impressive considering I'm using such horrible technique and could probably type a lot faster if I used the proper way.

thx man. Yeah I taught myself how to type when I was 12 and haven't looked back since or learned how to type the proper way. Home row seems redundant to me but using all of your fingers is most definitely the best way to type. I never understood the whole bring your fingers back to the home row lol. It's like wtf, I type the letter that I need and then move on to the next one. I'd never move back to a key that I'm not about to type, just seems dumb and a waste.
