when i worked out i loved to do bench with free weights

i'd do lunges with free weights too (100 in ea hand)

dips were pretty awesome too for overall strength. at one point iw as able to do 35 in a row (i can barely do any now kek)

i did 5 months of a 3 day split: chest/tris, back/bis, shoulders/legs

but instead of doing 3 days a week or 6 days a week, id go 4-5 and carry over what's left into the following week. probably not the best system

I've seen alot of wrestlers buffed as fuck 240++ pounds with calves tiny as a motherfucker twice as small as mine

6"5 250 lbs, tiny ass calves lel


I don't have to train legs that much lol, always had non skinny muscular calves without trying and good tights~

were you aiming for gains?

idk why people split up muscle groups =/.

i liked to do everything in one day then take the next day off unless i wasn't sore

i don't know much about working out tho i just did it for fun for like 4 years

yeah i just wanted to get bigger, stuffed my face, put on too much weight and cut down a bit since then.

my problem is the closest actual gym is a few miles away and i have no one to take me. i was using the university gym up until a few months ago :(

Walk there?
Run there?
Run/walk there?
Get a bike and ride it there?

All things are just added fitness, to get you to the gym.... you can knock cardio out on the way there and back.
