i did 5 months of a 3 day split: chest/tris, back/bis, shoulders/legs
but instead of doing 3 days a week or 6 days a week, id go 4-5 and carry over what's left into the following week. probably not the best system
were you aiming for gains?
idk why people split up muscle groups =/.
i liked to do everything in one day then take the next day off unless i wasn't sore
i don't know much about working out tho i just did it for fun for like 4 years
