there was some picture i saw taken from a comic where if you multiplied it all out, he traveled 13 billion times the speed of light...or 13 million i can't remember. anyway, it involved him saving thousands of people from a nuclear explosion

Makes sense. It's as if he moves so fast, when he activates his power, time basically stands still because it's moving so slow comparatively.
