Yeah, I reckon that's fair, as ridiculous as it may be. But it's much funnier to think that the dude with the obsession over fat people is just drooling out of both sides of his mouth while trying to come up with a diet plan. Much funnier. :P

I'm not gonna tell you how to live your life but fuck that's dumb lol, you need some sugar/carbs just like you need some fats - also fruit is gr8

i've don't have an issue with carbs, i'm aware it's necessary

what i mean is i used to have 4-5 cups of coffee a day with milk and sugar and i've been having said coffee black for the past year or so
i rarely eat fruits so no other sources of sugar

sometimes coke zero is better than normal coke. But let's consider: 1000 tea brands (i like red tea), 1000 flavours of coffee, various drinks like Nesquick or just cocoa. And my favourite: pure water. Now water is in 1000 flavours too, there is elite water not just peasant water. Just like there is peasant tea (green tea or black tea), or elite tea.

Things are harder for an uneducated laborer who isn't smart enough to realize that someone's part time job they work a couple of days on the weekends doesn't define who they are. :(

I think you'll be alright but my main concern would be your teeth. Right now they may be fine. If you are still young enough and in your 20s you can get away with anything unhealthy, but by a certain age (30+ in particular) you may experience some problems.

And really, diet soda is just as bad on your teeth as regular soda. Coke Zero, I've been there myself.
I could finish a 12-pack in two or three days. Believe me, I'd have empty boxes aplenty when throwing out the trash.

It's common for heavy soda drinkers, or other sugary drinks or foods, to lose at least two or three teeth by age 50. And that's even if you brush twice a day (use the perfect mouth wash on top of that), with daily flossing, and have the perfect white teeth.

None of that will matter. They'll eventually pop out if you are consuming that much sodas and sugar.
If you are one of those "I live life to the fullest" people and don't care then I guess it doesn't matter.

The dental work today is so high tech and advanced, although expensive, you can have a replacement tooth procedure on one or all of your teeth. If the dentist you see is really good, he or she can easily fix all of your teeth in one visit. Just be prepared for a hefty bill.

It's up to you how to live your life. Those type of soda addictions are difficult to quit.
