Avoid anything with high fructose corn syrup (especially soda and sugary drinks). Make sure your overall calorie intake makes sense. In general for the first week if you go to bed hungry it's normal, at least it was for me. I'm 6 foot and 215lb. My "maintain" calorie intake is around 2600 calories a day. Right now I'm going to go on a massive cut and try to only do about 1500 calories. I really wanna drop to 180.
is it not possible to do that + build muscle?
