Also why are you preaching / trying to teach your nephew Taoist philosophy/arts, those are against your belief systems IIRC.
He'd be able to defend himself with Tai Chi if you knew what you were doing/teaching (he wouldn't even have to make an effort to defend himself if you knew what you were actually teaching).

e: if you really knew tai chi quan and applied its principles in real life you wouldn't be having any health issues, and your nephew wouldn't be getting bullied.
