All you're relating it to yourself is the ld50 which isn't relevant to the discussion. I can't give you off hand dosages sure, still doesn't change the fact that what I originally said to this wretch kid who has to have everyone else fight his battles. He preached about how great it was said it has no repercussions associated with it but that is not true. Obviously too much of anything can be lethal to you, even usually an idiotic example such as saturation with water. By your logic it's safe to say arsenic is safe due to the fact that the fda allows it to be used the processing of rice. Just because something is allowed doesn't mean that it doesn't have inverse side effects. Wretch claimed there was none but that's not the truth. It proves my original point.
My idiotic example was of hypernatremia which shows that water (which i'm sure we can agree on is safe) is toxic in high dosages. Saying pg is dangerous in large qualities is the same? See how that works? Logic.
I'm not just talking about the ld50 i'm talking about the whole therapeutic window. If you knew anything about the approval process you would know it's the starting point if all chemicals in relation to toxicity. The lower the ld50 typically the safer the therapeutic window is to side effects/death. Having a really high ld50 is a good indicator of how toxic a chemical is if you do not have a deep understanding of the chem, which I assure you no one here does (including me).
Basically you oppose the idea of e cigs and have chosen pg as your point of attack. Unfortunately the chem is approved by the fda for inhalation/insufflation which is the most stringent of all areas of the fda aside from maybe transgenics/gm.
Basically if it is on the market will approval you can be prey fucking sure it's safe. After all with the class action lawsuit craze of the 80s and 90s the fda is very strict on these products.
I would be asking to see the clinical data of these ecigs from trials to see how safe they really are.
