That's hard to say. If you mean who would win in a fight bw them all...
Venesuar's out ez, burned or scratched or drowned. He's dead no prob.

Charzard could fry blast if he gets the first hit, but blast could put out char's fire ez.
That would mean charz has to get a scratch on blast, but blast has that hard shell so charz has to go for a neck shot.
I think charz can get this ez, or even tail whip, so...
