Having muscle is very beneficial in terms of preventing injury and attracting people of the opposite gender, it's also good for confidence.
I'd agree cardio is better in terms of health but that doesn't mean that muscle is bad for your health or not beneficial. Besides, too much cardio and no weight lifting makes you look like a litte bitch, it's not attractive at all. I do both, cardio to keep fat low and weight lifting to build muscle.
Building muslce with no roids is beneficial for your health, you're saying it's stupid and vainful to become stronger but you want to ruin your health with roids to look better, to me that's the ultimate sign of vanity.
I'm natty as health is much more important than looks.
