I'm sure that he never would have touched drugs again if they weren't available from the one drug dealer in your area, so you've got a really solid point.

Gotta disagree with you here bro, as some one who has been addicted to drugs it is a lot harder to say no to an old friend who shows up looking to party than to relapse when you are not even looking for it.
Both parties were at fault here, and drug users are very much like crabs, trying to pull everyone down to their own level so they feel some kind of vindication for their own addiction.
I know this because i was one of them, it is a brutal cycle to break.

This was the most accurate post in this entire thread. I've done xanax, I've been addicted to it. I've said no to it to friends and it was so fucking hard. Thank you for posting.

Why didn't you stop your bestfriend from doing the xannax to begin with?

One of my best friends was killed in a car accident last month because he got into a fight with his girlfriend and she wouldn't pick him up and he got into a car with a drunk driver and they had a collision.

The driver survived but his life is basically over too.

I don't blame anyone. It could happen to you or me at the hands of another driver on the road ... I'm sure it wasn't his first time in a car with a drunk driver and I'm sure he didn't expect it to be his last.
