65 is a nice weight if you're small like me, i can climb anything with my arms with that weight, i can run with both my hands down using my face upfront to memorize anything while doing so, it has it's vantages.

Its actually the current consensus. You might lose a little, but it takes a huge amount of exercise to burn even one pound of fat, and you usually ruin it by eating more after or being more lazy later. Diet is far far far more important than exercise.

yee i just started eating like 4000 calories a day, with around 210 grams of protein. an i be working out errday to make sure i gain the right kind of weight.
