thats because rarely do guys have the balls to get to the point and take it farther than that, its not up to her to 'un friend' you, its up to you to make a move and make shit happen

once a girl is your 'friend' she treats it like that in general unless you make the move to change it, man the fuck up and let her know that's not what you want lol

Yeah, exactly. The "Friend zone" is something that you do to yourself. It's basically "The state of realizing that you want to date one of your female friends and haven't had the balls to ask her out yet, or else pathetically think she'll change her mind eventually even after a hard 'no.'"

I was pretty deep in my girlfriend's friend zone for about 5 years.

I didn't really do anything about it, but I think what helps is that I had zero expectations with her. I never dreamed of fucking her, I never dreamed of dating her, and I wasn't concerned with the possibility that my behavior would influence my chances. Result: I was 100% myself without any of my usual awkwardness.

I couldn't be happier with how things turned out. :)

No wraps. Every single time is either friend zoned or not even friends. It is not okay to be in the friend zone. It is bad to be in the friend zone.
