Talk about doctors saying u gotta achieve ur goal by being at work, but you miss work to go to doctor.. ur using a warped version, your version of analyzing these things. Ur goal could be to own a Ferrari, and you think a job is the answer to get money. Well where will you keep the car? Sleep inside of it after you get kicked out? No, there are STEPS, SMALL STEPS, one must take to achieve their goals, and IN THOSE GOALS, they must include SMALL HEALTHY STEPS to start thinking positively. When the self loathing know it all declines all input, HARD LOVE comes in. You won't change until you decide. Either it will be a happy, daily CONSXIOUS EFFORT that you will have to FIGHT FOR will ALL LF YOUR BEING, or you will become so angry at all the people who "tough loved" you and turn that hate in to motivation, "I'll prove you!!" Then realize later that all the people you hated were the only ones you love.
