I just know when I took them,I didn't take them anymore afters,because a little bit after my peak,I drank a drink of an energy drink and it made me feel like i had to cough and sneeze at the same time,which actually made me feel like I was dying.I ended up calling my dealer and asking him wtf I should do cuz i thought i was dying.It was crazy as fuck,and that was just 4 caps and 4 stems(i ate a whole 20 bag of shrooms for my first time)

k I just googled if caps are more potent than stems, and they are
