So you punch said person that lies in a hospital bed and they die in the morning. You still are broke with no money and nothing but hurt knuckles to show for it.

Wasted energy is the downfall of mankind imo. Effort to do meaningful things for the betterment of mankind is much more productive then a selfish desire to prove a point.

depends on what you mean by percieve, every observation we can make is an analysis of a past event so in that context no you cannot percieve an event as it happens , you can only understand what has just happened or did happen/estimate what will happen
