So, if you drink and drive but you don't hurt anyone it's not bad? I'm not saying I think less of someone for smoking weed but I am pretty sure breaking federal law fits the description of "bad"...regardless of whether it is a valid law or not

Drunk Driving is not a victimless crime and can't be compared to the use of recreational drugs in the privacy of your home.

I'm totally okay with breaking bad outdated laws.

edit: I don't smoke weed and have no desire to but that's beside the point.

Just because you didn't get in an accident doesn't mean you put hundreds if not thousands of lives at risk by choosing to drive intoxicated.

There's the potential for there to be a victim. The day a stoner sitting at home has the same potential to cause death as a drunk driver, let me know, then your comparison will have some merit.

I've never heard how much she uses, if she uses any at all.
I assume she's just a pothead, since that's what was said.
