Most of my workouts have been back/legs/anything but arms. Now that I have a good foundation I feel comfortable with compound lifts, so I can do those + arms. Expect greatness!
Always, always, always over train the shit out of arms. You wanna be THAT GUY who has huge arms and small everything else, especially calves.
