when you're thirst, i mean thirty, you end up liking the sound of the rain, doesn't ask me why just listen, feels like the whole world is getting into your bones while you are there "safe", you just feel safe because you don't care about dying anymore.

I don't even.

Honestly I'd consider seeing if you could get them to takeover the lease and get new paperwork drawn up so that you won't be responsible once it's all signed and whatnot. :P

Is that really possible? I mean, without me having to pay any penalties?

Is it possible? That would really depend on whether your landlord would be alright with it. You'd need to talk to him. He may allow you off the lease without paying any kind of penalties if you can get your roommates to agree to take over the lease.

Though there is a chance they won't agree, that he decides to charge a fee to be released from the agreement, or he refuses to let you off the lease at all and they refuse to take over thus leaving you stuck there for the remainder.
