id drink energy only occationally tbh but dont drink any
dunno how this works but fruits might be good addition - bananas are cheap
maybe some stims? unless you go nuts with them
is it just alcohol or junk food you eat because of it

i'm in a constant state of malaize unless i have caffeine. I'm going to get fruit & veg into my snack routine for sure though

Should add more complex starches to your diet and since you said you've had the symptoms a lot you should try and keep some kind of a carb/sugar filled snack bar/candy on you at all times. Why? So if you feel your blood sugar starting to fall you can eat something that should raise it to a safe level relatively quickly.

you're probably fine, it's just the lack of eating combined with a low carb diet. look after yourself and eat properly, then if it stays the same see doc and get blood tests?
