not atm but she was able to walk after a year with the titanium, she's always complaining about pain even with her prescription of oxycontin. she works as a waittress which is completely stupid given she can hardly walk.
i'm not sure how long it will take for her to be able to walk since this surgery, the surgeon said that eventually she'll be able to run again but she will always be in pain.
i remember the first time i saw her conscious in hospital the first thing she asked is "where's my sega shirt" lel

yeah. the whole story is fucked. the police stopped watching train station cctv because they saw her get off a train and meet some guy, they told us "she just ran away with another bloke". they saw her on cctv and didn't bring her home even though we told them about all her history. cops can get fucked.
