set aside money for eating out for the month.

come up with a punishment each time you eat out.

buy groceries. big thing is having a lot of food options at home.

come up with a meal plan each week. Make sure you have what you need for it.

prep as much as you can ahead of time to make it easy to eat in.

eating out is attractive, I find mostly do to how easy it is.
