Question for you: If 'chemtrails' are sprayed as a means of effecting the population in some capacity, why would it be done at such altitudes that the dispersal of such would be negatively impacted by the Jet Stream, or other high-level winds?

I never claimed it was to poison anyone have I? They could paint all the roads white for more reflection ... Or spraying is another option seemed more viable to them I guess .. As the ice melts we lose more reflection of heat, and absorb more of it.. If we could reflect more of it before it touches the earth ..the better off we are..
