Firaga's Note: This song causes me nostalgia. First witnessed from a Korean drama that I watched in my adolescence, this particular song is a paragon of all Korean ballads. You may be surprised that the featured song is not a female artist; nevertheless, this song gives me goosebumps. Clarity is an understatement in the quality of the vocals, and the lyrics appear as if it has been extracted straight from my soul. The song narrates a man's longing to see a woman... he describes all of the moments, the good and the bad, and the regrets that has been had... the last line of the chorus, he says that 'even though I know it is wrong of me, I still want to see you to the point of death'... yet... the very last line of the song itself he says 'to the point of death... I want to forget you...'. This song simply brings me to tears, and the immensity of the 'feels' (I apologize for the usage of slang in a formal review) overwhelms my consciousness. A masterpiece in its own right, and I can assure you there does not exist a domestic Korean person that does not know of this song. I am glad to share this masterpiece with the unfamiliar audience.

Firaga's Note: I recently excavated this song while looking at the related playlist of the previously posted song. Let me tell you... I was pleasantly surprised at my delight of this particular piece. Very blissful song, giddy and cheerful, it is a nice addition to the hodgepodge of the songs I have accumulated in my recent personal playlist. Definitely a keeper; I suggest the audience to listen and enjoy this song.

Firaga's Note: Happy Valentines day...? Is that what I should be saying? Is that what people should be saying to me? Because I do not feel happy at all. As a matter of fact, this song is an accurate description of what I feel. Let me roughly translate the tale that is being told in this song:

On an ordinary day, I come home... I rattle my house keys in loneliness before heading in... as if there is a big hole in my heart...
Why is this hole here? What am I missing? To ease my discomfort, I turn on the TV... those people airing on TV... how can they smile so?
I wish it would just rain... Why does warmth feel colder? My breath... is meaningless...

There has never been a song that matches my current mood so well.

Firaga's Note: Beautiful. Stunning. Absolutely melodious. Here is an actual fun fact: I actually discovered this song accidentally. The song that I originally encountered was a Korean version of the song, sung by 박효신 (Park Hyo Shin), and this remake was featured in an ostentatious Korean Drama show. I, personally, did not watch it, but I instantly fell in love with this OST and there was no doubt in my mind. I am quite speechless. I don't think I have words to describe the joy in this song, and the fact that I know that such a song exists and I am aware of its existence. Enjoy at your leisure.
