I am back my friends for a few minutes! Ernie should be home shortly he stayed after a while today because he is practicing for the May band play and he wants to make sure he excels in his orchestra. Why do you assume I was talking about the middle east? 14 is the age of consent in many places in Europe and South America.

I know in the middle east that culture marries women at a young age. I am sure there are other cultures as well but it is the first thing that came to mind.
