nah i stopped smoking recently and my appetite is way better. me and my friends just dont get munchies anymore or its rare

Serious advice from a former fatty.
I put on 65 lbs in 3 months from over eating and doing an office job. I lost it all in 4 months.

Follow these steps and you will literally melt weight.

1. Cap calories at 1800 per day. If you need advice for low calorie taste filled filling foods here's some ideas.

Water...water is filling and negative calories.

Lean meats...chicken and turkey...cut the sauce's and breads out and these are next to no calories and tasty

Fruits and veggies....standard

Have a cheat day once every 2 weeks to eat shitty and reward yourself.

2. Walk.... If you spend your lunch and breaks and after and before work time walking...hit just 5000 steps which is nothing you will burn an extra 250 calories.... Most smart phones have built in or downloadable step counters

3. Be healthy....mental health....reduce stress loads...etc

When your body is in shitty condition it doesn't operate or burn fuel well

I get baked as fuck and eat alot.. like 3 plates of food...

im 155lbs 6"

most I ever weighed was 160 and that was when I laid on the couch all winter eating almost all day long.....

i think weed definitely speeds up your metabolism therefore making you skinny
