charizard is easily the strongest but imo due to lack of grass pokemon venasaur is the most useful.
gyarados and arcanine are GREAT water and fire pokemon to the point where blastoise and charizard arnt that much better than them.

Blastoise>both
little use for a grass type. Fighting/Electric take care of water and Rock for you so you're good there, and grass is far too slow to be useful in most situations.

Maybe, but Arcanine is only available in red version.
