Maybe he just doesn't find him attractive? Hell, if I (bi) kissed a guy like that, I'd be disgusted too. I don't find him attractive at all and I wouldn't want him touching my lips or anything beyond that.

Also, you fail because the lens distorts the image and it could be that its making him look disgusted.
